$19.8M Grant Becomes Largest Single Grant Ever Awarded

Douglass High School Alumni Association Board at tonight’s City Council Meeting along with the City of Thomasville’s (COT) and Thomasville Community Development Corporation’s (TCDC) grant team: Katie Chastain, Eric Gossett, Earl Williams, Pam Schalk (not pictured) secured $7.8M from a EPA grant to renovate the Douglass gym complex.
Total EPA grant awarded to COT/TCDC $19.8M is the largest single grant the City has ever been awarded. I guess history is still being made. Thomasville thank you for giving me the opportunity to be a part of something special.
